Nextek was the winner of a highly competitive grant for the DoE’s Solar Energy Grid Integration System (SEGIS) program. Work is underway now, administered by the Sandia National Lab in New Mexico.

In addition to Nextek’s successful Advanced Mobile Micro grid program with the DoD’s National Automotive Center (NAC), the company has been awarded a multi-year contract to prototype Direct Coupling® power technology in Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) applications through the NextEnergy Center in Detroit.
